#MyDogSelfie organic twitter competition

The launch of the new Columbus dog ambassador launch needed to have some impact in social media without any paid budget. I created and ran a dog lovers organic social campaign that relied on touching the best in people – their love of dogs and supporting charities.

Idea: Engaging the dog lovers community by offering cash prize split 75/25 between the dog shelter of the winners choice and the winner. Outreach to the shelters to make them aware and share the competition for organic reach and engagement.

Results: creating buzz and engagement on an otherwise quiet Twitter profile, generating good will vibes for the brand in a genuine way. We reached over 10k people, gained 700 engagements and 180 entries with no budget and few followers.
